  • What are your UK delivery options?
    I post via Royal Mail First Class, Parceforce 48, or Hermes for larger items. If you wish to collect items yourself, please select the option at checkout to arrange collection from Nutley Antiques and I will contact you to arrange.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    I am happy to ship smaller items that are not fragile, internationally. Please contact me via the contact form for a quote. All international buyers should be aware that they will be responsible for any relevant import fees and taxes due.
  • What is your returns policy?
    All of my products are vintage or antique and therefore will have, in most cases, some wear due to the age and nature of the item. I endeavour to give as much accurate information as possible as to the condition of each item. If you are unhappy with an item, I will refund in full up to 28 days from purchase, as long as it is returned in the original condition and packaging. This would be at your own expense. If, of course, the item has been damaged in transit then you will be entitled to a full refund on production of a clear photograph and explanation of the damage incurred.
  • Can I see your products in person?
    I am one of 12 dealers based at Nutley Antiques, East Sussex. You are very welcome to view my range of vintage homewares in person. Please see information on opening hours and where to find the shop @nutleyantiques on Instagram. Alternatively you can call the shop on 01825 713220.

    We will receive and store your email address for the purposes of marketing. This is expected to be in the form of a regular newsletter/update to inform of newly-listed products on the site. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
  • What are your payment options?
    Payment can be made through PayPal or using any major credit/debit card through Wix Payments. Alternatively, if you prefer to oay directly through BACS, please contact me to arrange this.
